West Bengal में एक नई scheme आ गई है और यह अब तक की सबसे बड़ी women financial assistance scheme है पूरे state में। हर महीने ₹3,000 — बिना किसी category के, बिना किसी middleman के, सीधे bank account में। और सबसे important बात? 1 June 2026 से यह शुरू हो रही है।

Bengal Annapurna Yojana है क्या? पुरानी scheme से कितनी अलग है?
West Bengal की नई BJP सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री लाड़ली बहना योजना की तर्ज पर Annapurna Yojana launch की है। यह CM Suvendu Adhikari की सरकार का सबसे बड़ा poll promise था — और उनकी पहली ही cabinet meeting में इसे approve कर दिया गया।
पहले Mamata Banerjee की सरकार Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme चलाती थी जिसमें:
- General category women को ₹1,000 से ₹1,500 per month मिलते थे
- SC/ST women को ₹1,200 से ₹1,700 per month
लेकिन Annapurna Yojana ने यह पूरा structure बदल दिया। अब कोई category नहीं — सबको flat ₹3,000। General हो, SC हो या ST — सब बराबर। यह पहले से roughly double या triple है।
Important: Central Government की भी एक “Annapurna” scheme है जो senior citizens को free food grains देती है। वो बिल्कुल अलग है। Bengal की यह Annapurna Yojana women को monthly ₹3,000 cash देती है।
पैसे कब और कैसे मिलेंगे?
1 June 2026 से Lakshmir Bhandar की सभी existing beneficiaries को automatically ₹3,000 मिलने शुरू हो जाएंगे। उन्हें कोई नया application नहीं देना होगा — migration automatically होगा।
पैसे directly Aadhaar-linked bank account में आएंगे। कोई agent नहीं, कोई office नहीं जाना — सीधे account में transfer।
New applicants के लिए registration portal भी 1 June 2026 से official तौर पर शुरू होगा।
कौन Apply कर सकती है? (Eligibility)
पात्र हैं अगर:
- West Bengal की permanent resident हैं
- उम्र 25 से 60 साल के बीच है
पात्र नहीं हैं अगर:
- Income tax भरती हैं
- Government employee हैं — permanent या retired
- State/Central government, panchayat, municipality, या government-aided school से salary या pension मिलती है
- परिवार के पास 2 hectare से ज्यादा जमीन है
- GST भरते हैं
Apply कैसे करें? Step-by-Step Process
Online registration 1 June 2026 से official Annapurna Yojana Portal पर शुरू होगी। पुराना Lakshmir Bhandar portal already rename होकर Annapurna Bhandar Scheme Portal बन चुका है।
Steps:
- Official portal पर जाएं
- Aadhaar number और mobile number enter करें
- OTP verify करें
- Ration card number डालें — family और residency data automatically आ जाएगा
- Documents upload करें
- Submit करें
Application को BDO (rural areas में) या SDO (urban areas में) verify करेंगे — उसके बाद benefit शुरू होगा।
